| In
the very heart of the Valpolicella wine region, tucked
away in the green and tranquil hills, half way form Verona
and Lake Garda, this Estate has become a magnet for
chefs and for enthusiastic amateurs who wish “to
cook Italian”.
Cooking classes are performed in the restored farmhouse of
the Villa bought in 1353 by the son of Dante Alighieri.
The poet’s descendant has converted part of the
ancient rural building into 8 independent guest apartments
with a kitchen and a sitting room, furnished in an elegant
Italian country style and offering every comfort. The
Estate has a large and professionally appointed kitchen
where guests can delve into “the secrets” of
Italian Cooking. |
